Based on your intake and, if you have them, your blood values, you put together your supplement card. Packed per day and delivered every 28 days.

A treatment that suits you
For weight loss, hormone therapy, testosterone therapy, hair loss, sexual health and acne, a doctor assesses after a medical intake whether a treatment is suitable for you. Treatments are currently only available in the Netherlands.

You receive your results and our follow-up advice as a personal report, with an explanation for each value. That way we stay in close contact until your Health Passport goes live.
