Choose your supplements
Based on your blood values and intake, you can see which supplements fit your plan. You choose what goes on your card: €39.95 per 28 days plus €5.00 per supplement.

Receive your daily strips and retest
Your supplements are packed per day and delivered every 28 days. After a while you test again, so you can see how your values are developing and your card can be adjusted.

Do I need to do a blood test first?
We recommend it: with your blood values, we can show you specifically which supplements suit you. If you already have recent results, you can indicate this in the intake.
How much do the supplements cost?
The supplement card costs €39.95 per 28 days, plus €5.00 per supplement you choose. With four supplements, that comes to €59.95 per 28 days.
When do I pay?
You pay straight away at checkout. After that, your supplements are delivered every 28 days for as long as your subscription runs; you will see the terms before checkout.
Are supplements a substitute for healthy food?
No. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
